Marketing and business development is the blending of art and science while developing value for customers and suppliers alike.  It includes market research, product and positioning strategy, pricing, packaging, distribution, promotion, sales, content creation, social media management, and the numerous other support activities that facilitate the exchange of products and services between producers and end users.

In this workshop you will learn the keys to sound marketing and business development strategy.  We will discuss the marketing planning process, company and competitor analysis, methods for market segmentation, product positioning, and brand strategy. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and apply marketing tools to their own companies and receive feedback regarding current and future strategic planning.
